How long does mixing and mastering take?
Mastering is usually delivered within 3 business days and a full mix & master within 5. Rush delivery is available on request.
How do I send my files?
After your booking is confirmed we’ll email you a secure upload link. Send WAV stems at the session’s sample rate with no effects on the master bus.
What is your return policy for clothing?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Can I reschedule a booked appointment?
Yes — just reply to your confirmation email or call us at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll find a new time.
